Returning an item to Love Luggage is easy, if you change your mind or the product is just not right. Please follow the below process.

Please include all your order details; we will check this over. Please ensure it's unused, within 30 days, has all the tags, and is in original condition.

Important:

  • Please display your order number and name on the outside of the package
  • Send us the tracking details to info@loveluggage.com.au

If the item is not in its packaging and in the same condition, we will not refund you, and you will need to arrange to have the item returned to you.

Once checked over we will refund you the product price via the same method you paid.

Returned shipping is not covered by Love Lugagge.

We understand that price is important , nobody wants to pay more than they have to for a product. We use a state of the art price monitoring service to keep track of all our products on all our competitions website and stores, we then ensure our price is equal or better, We will match and like for like product, so same style and same colour.

If you are looking for a product from one of our stocked brands but don't see it on our site please just email us or call us and we can order the product in for you.

Your warranty covers any manufacturing defects to your product. It does not cover airline damage or general wear or tear. If you use your Luggage on a flight and the airline damages your item, you need to visit your airline's service desk and report the damage they have done to your bag, the airline will then pay for repair to your bag.
